However I remain sceptical on the overly positive view on the impact that such technologies can have on the world. For instance: when tyrants die things do tend to change. Imagine if Stalin, Mao and many others were still alive, the world would definitely be a very different place than it is now.
Other problem is that, even if such knowledge was to be democratized, not everyone will have the means to access this anti aging technologies, only the rich and powerful will be able to enjoy it.
Not saying these are reasons not to develop anti aging, but then again, I'm just sceptical about some of the utopic views on this.
