If you make the same mistake on a calculator, the prof won't know where the issue was and won't be able to correct it. I've had a professor write "I can't tell what you did wrong, and neither can you" on a test question that I tried to punch into a calculator without simplifying.
>>11088816>Scratch that, I guess it's not free anymore. It was just a year or two ago.4 years ago when I was considering buying it it was 150 USD for a student license. According to the website, it's now 165 USD. Well worth it in my opinion, unless you have 24/7 access to a university computer that has it, like I used to have.
