Nobody cares about age. They care about you being a responsible employee with the skills to do the specific job they want someone for. People in their 30s are seen as less impulsive and more reliable so a lot of places would even prefer you over a fresh 22yo kiddo that is still experimenting with his life.
The true losers are people that think "it's too late so I better waste the rest of my life"
