I don't get it. Are you envious of our success?
I concede that a better name would be "program development" or something since the computer "science" part is almost entirely exclusive to PhD level studies, but that's just a semantic argument. We make shitloads of money and are essentially the force that is driving modern society. Even code monkeys are held on a pedestal since the effort of outsourcing code development to India always gets you what you pay for. Everyone is willing to pay shittons for a guarantee that their software isn't going to shit the bed and dump a year's worth of customer data with a poorly written error message that ends in hindi.
