I think Khan academy is good for start. At Khan academy you can learn everything you need to know so that you can apply to universities at least in my country which is Finland.

Sign up to an entry level course or/and do it yourself. A good introductory engineering textbook will take your from basics, like the number line, to calculus and beyond in about 800 to 1200 pages depending on the book.
