>>11080969you like to do, there are no even more questions. job you don't like can give u a lot of money, but job you like can give you career advantage, motivation to develop your skills etc, i.e. you can become somebody more important than you are now, because you selected job you like and developed ur skills. this is reason why a lot of people work on good job with good salary, but are not developing. if you don't like programming/engineering, but like manage people you should manage people, even if junior prog/engns have greater salary, same comparasion between programmer and engineer
