I guess the idea is that they expect those whom travel abroad to buy antiparasitics there since they are sold otc. And not necessarily wait for them to diagnose. They keep stressing that it is everyone’s responsibility to do so in rhetoric. There are perhaps hundreds of signs at hospitals that ask the big question: Have you travelled abroad?
