Can somebody please explain this image to me? So apparently this circle is a dipole and the white thing moving through it oscillates back and forth and the oscillation causes something to point upwards towards the positive end which causes a problem or headache or something IDK? The more the white thing bounces back and forth or moves through the circle the more upwards some energy or something goes and it causes the power or whatever it is it causes something to aim upwards towards the positive end.
