Morphological freedom and the ability to look how one feels or wants to look is one of the main obstacles to equality of any sort. The mind is the measure of the person and yet so often are humans judged by the body - this impacts of this are profound.

Science needs to fucking do more to help actualise the following:
>Designer clones + brain transplants
>Gene therapy that can alter appearance
>Better surgery that can ensure the complete reconstruction of a persons body.
>etc etc other shit

So many lives would be affected for the better, transpeople, people with deformities, people with debilitating injuries and so on and so forth.
