I need help.

I'm making moonshine but the place where I have it fermenting is going to get really cold soon. I was wondering if there is anything cheap I could get that would keep it warm? I'm thinking of maybe getting electric shoe driers and taping them to the outside of the bottle, but there's probably something much more effective I could get.
