I'll probably have problems when I get old (I have a friend who is trained as a doctor and that was what he told be), but in a daily basis it's okay.
What might happen is that you might be afflicted by some of the adverse effects, but for paracetamol those are very mild (headaches, ironically enough)
I don't recommend it for ibuprofens tho, unless you want to end in a dialysis machine fast
