First year studying chemistry in college. People are dropping out like flies, and it's only the first semester.

What I just can't stand is my lab team, we are meant to do a lab report everyweek, and they format their part like a middle school book report. Centred 19 sized, bold font proudly announcing "PROCEDURE", to which they just copy and paste from the manual. They naught be a bad day away from word art.

Worse thing is I can't just stand and watch them burn since they grade us 'as a team'. God damn it, have these people never seen proper formatting?
