In the past 350 years the only events that totalled around 10 millions deaths or more were the world wars (with associated war crimes, diseases and famines), the biggest Soviet and Chinese purges under communism, a handful of pre-WWI famines in China and India, and one major Chinese rebellion in the 19th century. Since Slavs, Han Chinese, the major races of India haven't disappeared (and neither have any major categories of Europeans) I have to conclude that no race with a population greater than 10 million has disappeared in modern times due to a man-made (or man-enabled) catastrophe. Keep in mind that since WWII international politics have been geared towards avoiding another conflict of similar scale. Since then we've had only comparatively minor conflicts and humanitarian crises that, while significant in themselves, had no chance of even approaching the threshold of 50 millions victims.
Since there are more than 400 millions whites in the world currently I can only believe you would need a very significant and unforeseen catastrophe to see them disappear withing, say, 50 years. Not that it is impossible, but there's no need to lose sleep over it.

Still that's more than 500 years ago, about one order of magnitude less than the current population of white people, by disease in an era where disease prevention and curing was much more poorly understood.
What event of similar magnitude do you expect or think not too unlikely in the near future (the next few decades)? The only realistic one I can think of is an ecological disaster, and even that would probably affect non-whites much more than whites.
