>>11064651Vanadium: unlikely to be deficient, especially in cities. (fossil fuel fumes contain vanadium and it's absorbable from air)
Chromium: Its importance is uncertain, even though multivitamins often contain it. May actually be harmful
Manganese: may be deficient. Supplement or eat spicy foods.
Iron: Excess is more likely than deficiency with western food.
Cobalt: may be deficient. Take B12
Nickel: May be essential, but with dubious evidence. You probably don't need to worry about it.
Copper: Weird, becuase veterinary and human science disagree in the optimal amount by nearly two orders of magnitude. Since animals are not getting poisoned, it seems reasonable to assume the veterinarians are right and you are likely deficient, you may supplement it with adding a piece of copper (coin, etc.) to your drink and letting it react for a while. Zinc and fructose cause copper depletion, there is some evidence that fatty liver is caused by copper deficiency. A major part of the immune system.
Zinc: Likely sufficient in western food. Excess can cause copper deficiency, so don't over do it.
Molybdenum: Neglected nutrient, so may be deficient. Exces may also possibly cause copper depletion.
Others are unlikely to be important, even though Chinese science considers Lanthanum essential and it is added to fertilizer.
