The faster an object moves in colliding with a surface, the more its ricochet angle will match its incident angle. A water particle in flow can only travel so fast due to friction, hence these two angles will never fully match. For a light ray hitting a mirror the angles always match however, since light waves travel at maximum velocity at all times. So my question is, can collision happen without mass?
