Unless something more is afoot here, your body is perfectly capable of dealing with this problem on its own. The infection will pass and it should be back to normal within 2 weeks. Just let it heal, dude.
Chugging antibiotics for inane shit like this might even cause further problems down the road and is part of the reason they are not as useful as they used to be.
