If children had their Myostatin inhibitors disabled at birth, how would they grow up?

Myostatin is a completely natural growth hormone, I feel like they’d just be stronger and faster versions of children today, perfectly healthy.

Myostatin is what inhibits muscle growth.
It's a congenital *DEFICIENCY* of myostatin that makes animals get huge.

Also, so you avoid making mistakes like this in the future, note that the suffix -statin derives from the Latin stare (statum), meaning to stand or to remain (think stasis, station, standing, etc.).
You might have also heard of the drugs called "statins." Same meaning, but applied to cholesterol.
Prefix myo- refers to muscle.
So myostatin keeps muscle where it's at. Deficiency of myostatin lets muscle grow.

Muscle isn't free and not every biological organisms has the luxury of being able to go to a grocery store and purchase 3,500 calories of bulking fuel any time they feel like it.
Which do you think would survive and reproduce? A creature crippled by its own excessive metabolic demands unable to eat anywhere near enough to get by? Or a creature that doesn't look like a bodybuilder but can make due with a few hundred calories here and there?
