No she didn't. All she did was publish an algorithm that could hypothetically allow Charles Babbage's Analytical Engine (which was never actually built) to produce the Bernoulli numbers . There was nothing amazing or noteworthy about the algorithm except it was written for a machine. She did absolutely nothing to advance the theory of computation.
