We'd need /ck/, /an/, and /out/ at the very least. If /fit/ is on board we can probably wrangle a few of the other boards into taking some time from their hobbies to help out. Maybe /g/ can get some kind of /m/ to make harvesting easier, at which point if /biz/ wants to help organize and distribute things, it's probably better to give them something to do than not.
As far as actual education goes, /sci/ and /lit/ are all we have. /his/ won't be useful (it's just /news/ with a lag factor) and any inclusion of /pol/ will just, well. You know.
So to answer your question, it'd barely scrape by. Just like IRL.
