First time here, this has been burdening me for a while and I feel the need to let all this out.

>giving a review lecture for students before an exam
>going well and then all the sudden
>im pissing

>out of nowhere I pissed myself while doing a lecture even though I went to the bathroom beforehand
>only two students came and none of them seemed to noticed
>I dipped saying "be right back"
>ran to the bathroom and dried myself off
>ohgodohfuck
>10 minutes later came back to the classroom
>both students were still there acting like nothing happened
>didn't bring up why I left and abruptly ended the session

How the fuck am I going to go back to instructing in a few days? Am I going to have to start wearing adult diapers while lecturing? I had a professor accidently shit himself during lecture but he was in his 80's, I'm only in my 20's
