Alternatively, you could add 9 months worth of seconds and get the number of seconds since his parents conceived him.

If you want a really complicated formula you could just string together an odd number of these suggestions (which each equals 40) with alternating sign

f1 - f2 + f3 - f4 + f5 = 40

Where f_i = 40
