no, but if you get all 4.0s you'll end up with a 3.5 by the end.
also I wouldn't know because I've never fucked up so bad but I think you can retake classes for better grades.

This assumes taking equal amounts of credits all 4 years and no summers. It could be mathmatically possible depending on the situation but it is not physically possible.
