If you don't understand the question, you don't understand the concept. You've fooled yourself into thinking that you understand the concept because you haven't practiced with it enough to realize that you don't. There's nothing wrong with you. It's a common mistake that I'd say almost a majority of people in math tracks go through.

I do but it's more like the question tricked me I believe I have a problem at focusing and understanding the question itself though I practice and everything seems good until I see the paper I fucked everything up I feel like I'm not conscious enough
