Set xj = A/n for 0<=i<n
By making n large we can get arbitrarily small positive sum of squares.
Then when we have a really small sum of squares we can get any number above that by adding three terms, an = b, a{n+1} = b a{n+2} = -2b.
So the sum of squares can become any positive value.
