The vantablack coating absorbs about 99% of visible light and retains a bit of heat. Its the closest thing to what you want that we currently have.
Also, 'harnessing energy forever' is an oxymoron. Energy, when used, becomes thermodynamically useless. We effectively *consume* exergy while energy is merely moved around.
