find a free clinic and request help from a doctor. If they say you need a pro rehab facility go to it, otherwise stick to whatever drugs they give you. Also carry nicotine gum because you're probably smoking too.

Don't usually post here, but don't judge by looks, many people who look like that ended up like that through unfortunate circumstances and not drug abuse. Many drug abusers, including meth addicts look completely normal and even then, drug use doesn't mean you're a bad person, it just means you're on drugs.
