Stop doing instant gratification things like video games, movies, music, online socialization, porn, etc. Essentially, get rid of your electronic entertainment and stop masturbating. It will take a while, but you'll get heavily motivated to do what you need to be doing in your life. These things are the worst part of modern society since this level of procrastination has never been available to so many people of lower classes as it is now.

I agree with this completely. At the risk of sounding like a brainlet I usually do tasks like autocad drawings or simple math problems much better with some music, but higher level shit like complicated readings and the like are almost impossible for me if I try to listen to music
