Don't listen. They are bad for most people. Google it. Omega 3 is the real shit though. Correct ratio of omega 3 to 6 is more importantant than omega 3 levels alone. Important for brain and cardiovascular disease.

The bigger problem is that zinc is extremely similar to cobalt, so that both can work nearly exactly the same in enzymes, but zinc isn't magnetic, so it cannot function in the memory and brain in general.
