4chan why do we have no Asteroid monitoring program? I mean there is satellites right?

I think we should have live webcam with chat for approaching asteroids to earth. Why are they are doing this?

If an asteroid were to hit Israel tommorow why do we not have live webcam with chat? The purpose would save lives in the future by live chat an transfer of location.

If I were a billionaire I'd invest in webcam and chatrooms for approaching asteroids. Is this even possible? It must be if an astronaut can go to the moon. I want to be in a chat room with a webcam if an asteroid approaches.
