I Need Help Synthesizing this Molecule

How would i go about synthesizing this theoretical molecule? its a variation of Vaska's complex ( can reversibly bind to both oxygen and hydrogen).
My best guess is aromatic substitution of Bromobenzene to add a phenol group opposite to the bromine atom on the benzene ring. Reacting the Bromobenzene phenol molecule in diethyl ether with magnesium metal to produce phenylmagnesium bromide with a phenol group on the benzene ring. Reacting the phenylmagnesium bromide with phosphorus trichloride to produce Triphenylphosphine with the phenol substitutions on the three benzene rings. Then reacting the Triphenylphosphine with Cobalt chloride in dimethylformamide with carbon monoxide in the presence of aniline.
This is the basic process is making Vaska's complex with the extra step at the Bromobenzene step and a substitution of a group 9 metal chloride ( iridium chloride) with a chemically similar other group 9 metal chloride ( cobalt chloride ).

This is in the effort to create a synthetic blood substitute able to reversibly bind to both oxygen and hydrogen, and is water soluble (Vaska's complex is insoluble due to non polar phenyls) and not as expensive due to iridium being one of the rarest elements out there.
