Quran expresses the word of god, and gives evidence to men of knowledge that this is the word of God.
One striking example is the, indicative nature of letter count which it refers to here, there are 28 arabic letters and all of them have numeral values, according to this chart:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abjad_numeralsQuran relates the degree count with mentioning a word, before the mention of degrees, this word have total numeral of 360, it is the word "Owner of the Highest" it is one word in arabic and it is "Rafi"
"the Exalted above" = Rafi
40:15 [He is] "the Exalted above" [all] degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting.
abjadcalc.com insert this word " ??????" (owner of the highest") into it, you will get 360, then the context is the highest degrees, the word degrees after, Rafi, and it suites this context, because 360 is the highest degree.
And there is reference to the radian turn here:
A radii is the distance, from centre to outer edge of the circle. This distance covered ontop of the circle is 57.3 degree in ascension, in turn.
3.14 radians is 180 degrees, and 6.28 radians is 360 degrees.
The first chapter revealed, in the 96:8 verse "And to your lord is the return" the total numeral of all the letters is 628, the numeral of the last word is 314 (pi). Let us consider this verse 6:28 "...return, and they return to which was forbidden" and 62:8 "Say, "Indeed, the death from which you flee - indeed, it will meet you. Then you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you about what you used to do." "then you will be returned"
57:3 "He is the First and the Last; the Outer and the Inner;"
notice the context, first and the last, edges, and outer and the inner (centre to outer surface)
