Can I get a definitive non-shill rundown on M2 NVME drives? I specify the m2 form factor because I have no extra pcie slots for those FFs.
What I'm worried about is the heat they generate. I hear a lot about them running really hot if you don't have a heatsink for them. I've got a pretty small micro-atx build that's borderline SFF and my GPU takes up a lot of mobo space. I may have room for a heatsink for an m2 drive but its not guaranteed. Is their heat generation really overblown? I'd love the idea of getting a faster drive since I plan to keep this build for another 5-6 years (it's currently 2 months old) but I don't wanna add an extra heatsource to my already cramped case.
