Alright /sci/ this is a really general, and stupid, question - but you fags are all obsessed with IQ and some of you are medical students.

My problem is this:
>I have a good brain (inb4 OP is brainlet durr)
>I am obsessed with my academic studies, mathematics and philosophy
>but I am such a depressed cunt that I want to get high all the time
>if I get my hands on anything I will take it

Basically, can I get fucked up habitually and still be intellectually competent?

Anybody else have similar experiences?
