The problem is that you can never have perfect clones as a matter of principle in the same universe.
This might seem like a practical cop out answer but it quite easy to see how you get to this realisation.
Say you have a finite number of atoms in the universe. Lets say you have 10. You number the atoms from 1 to 10.
The problem is twin 1 is,made of atoms 1 to 3. And twin 2 is made from atoms 4 to 6.
Thus they arent perfectly identical. Infact they cant be perfectly identical in the same universe.
