What if Aliens already populated the Galaxy over millions and millions of years and they know of our existence and will probably wipe us out when we are close to a type 3 civilization? How accurate is this, scientifically?

There's nothing scientific about debating completely groundless statements. Sure, if you observe an apple fall from a tree and go "what if it does this because of this?", to later on go on an empirical study to find out of you're right. That's science.
