Does the width of the hips have anything to do with how easy it is for a woman to give birth? What about the "thigh gap"?
Would a taller woman have an easier time?

Doesn't matter much, as far as I know. There are differences in terms of C-section rates etc, but it's elective to an extent, and if something goes wrong the attendant doctor will just fix it, so it's hard to gather good, reliable data
