I thought I should post this here just to get a more serious response, I was accused of baiting the last time I asked many weeks ago.

Is there a way, besides chemical castration, to completely eliminate my sexual desires? I've reached a point where I've completely given up hope of ever finding a romantic relationship but my desires are still there, gnawing at me. I still masturbate about twice a week, I still get uncomfortable around girls, I still cuddle with my pillows and pretend they love me. I just want to be done with it. Does nofap work for this? I've heard it reduces desires but I don't know if that's true or not.
