The problem with your complaint OP is that people who have already submitted good papers are in actual reality more likely to submit good papers and therefor SHOULD be automatically more trusted than some random person. This is moreso because of how UNtrustworthy randoms are and less to do with them being especially trustworthy, though. If you see a random paper submitted by somebody who never submitted something before, it's probably going to be shit. There are so many garbage papers submitted every day, every hour, every MINUTE these days.
It sounds like you're just bitter that you aren't going to automatically get as much attention when you submit your first paper as somebody with a proven track record but the fact of the matter is that it's simply better to pay attention listening to the legends in a field then to spend all of your free time going through fake studied submitted by lying chinamen and pajeets or retarded 20 year olds with flawed methodology
