>In computer science course
>Finish a small project that the professor asked us to do; I was the first one to turn it in
>He was really impressed by it, told me it was amazing, and put in on his website as student work
>This one asshat in the course who always asks like he knows everything about the subject and takes charge of everything (he acts like he's our fucking boss/teacher) smugly asked me if I did part of it and the professor did the rest for me, obviouslly trying to fix his bruised ego
>I said no, I did it all, in a very polite way
>Other kid jokingly says "showoff" to me twice (he's not the brightest guy there, but I thought he was nice. I hope he was just joking)-- I didn't respond at all
>The asshat pulls the shit I described every single day
>Why are people like that?
Just venting. Is there any way to possibly get him to stop? I prefer to use the ignoring approach because I just don't really care, but idk.
