If you engage in willing suspension of disbelief than anything is possible.
There is no evidence to suggest any of this simulation theory is real, it's just one of those ideas people come up with when they are high on weed.
It's fun to talk about, but it isn't real.
This debate is no different than when people battle fictional space ships, like who would win?
The US enterprise, or Carl Sagan space ship of the imagination?
You need to have a foundation or cornerstone in reality to work on science, you can't just theorise a concept then pretend it's real.
