What are some good drugs that get me into hard focus mode and let work 100%?

I have heavy focus issues.

I have some family hisotry with mental problems, but I think its not th case here, I am porn addict, for years I would scroll porn sites and click from one movie to another without even watching it, just scrolling, I am unable to play any game despite some fast fps games where something is happening every second.
I will refresh news site every few minutes without reason just to check.

My brain is news seeking whore.

Now my problem is deep and I do not expect to solve it any time soon, but I need temporary and fast solution just to finish the shit that is stocking up and im out of time.

but I have to solve this focus problem because even when am in work, I keep procrastinate the job.

They say that amphetamine is a nice for focus in low dose, but here the problem that I do not know where to buy and even if I knew I would be afraid that it was contamined (buying drugs from some low iq thung sounds like bad idea),

Adderall is not available in my country so no way here.
