Can I transplant my fat into my wife's butt so it can be bigger?

I want to give her a huge ass with ~15 pounds of fat per cheek, about 13 pounds of which would come from me, reducing my BFP from ~18% to ~13% but raising hers to 25%.

Nah, fat grafting is the most popular form of ass augmentation now. Implants are a fetish for that area since the fat stays there more easily than the tits, gravitational reasons. If it sinks, it just fills up the thighs so no one cares--although unfortunately, there are some sad cases where none of it sinks into the thighs and it looks crappy, juts too much.

Injecting my own fat into her ass is definitely a fetish though, although it's probably more workable than the freaks who inject crap like concrete. (I love my wife too much to give her sepsis though.)

That's true. The fat grafting procedure usually shouldn't cause too many skin issues just because there's plenty unused skin in the gut etc. left vacant by it, but when you inject even more fat into the butt there's going to be stretching; however, given breast implants are a thing, I don't think it's that bad.

On that note, how would I even know if the fat cells are compatible? I doubt that blood type would work, and fat embolism is only really possible if you're stupid enough to inject lard into a vein or artery.

Yes. She would eventually become septic unless she stayed on auto immune drugs indefinitely, and even then she’s likely to become seriously ill as the foreign fat would likely be encapsulated and turn into a lipoma type mass which would simply be a hard lumpy tumor.
