There are many humans with very sick minds.
For example, some purposely kill and hurt animals:

Others are capable of torturing others, including small children.

The question is - how can we identify people with these conditions? Is it a brain anomaly or a personality trait? What is the difference? Obviously medication wouldn't work, but stem cells for neural healing could help if they are missing gray matter.
