You’re not running anything manually and even your conscious is asleep somehow despite not being the body. Does the body sleep or the mind? Is your conscious actually stored somewhere in the brain until it’s time to wake back up then it jolts out? It’s simply physics and yet why is it so difficult to figure out? Matter that exists can’t be destroyed or created, but how it maintain itself here, however you can’t be reaurrected from brain death?
