i.e. if you are not a "morning person" then waking up at 6 a.m. (even if you get 8 hours and sleep at 10 p.m) will still leave you feeling groggy.
light exercise, plenty of sun, less electronic screen time (especially before bed - read instead), no drugs, cut out all refined sugar, fix your posture, only drink water, homecook all your meals, meditate once a day, yoga once a day, fish every three days.
If you dont see an improvement after 3 weeks i dont know what to say. You obviously have a severe medical condition - unlikely though.
Absolutely do not take sleeping pills or any other drugs, and avoid vitamin pills too.
