The density of primes becomes arbitrarily thin as you tend to infinity, so there is no harm in assuming that essentially all numbers are composite, so your statement is asymptotically 27/35ths true.

This isn't true. I'm pretty sure an upper bound of the difference between two consecutive primes is somewhere around 250
