What the fuck is wrong about logic

Lets say we have a hypothesis H
and we can imagine 4 observation E1 ~ E4

H: All crows are black
E1: Black crow / Here E1 Supports H
E2: Black pencil / Here E2 is irrelevant to H
E3: White crow / Here E3 Rejects H
E4: White pencil / Here E4 is irrelevant to H

However, here is where problem occurs.
We introduce a new hypothesis H' which is:
H': All (non-black) things are (non-crow)
H is exactely same to H because its a contrapositive of H.

however in this case:
H': All (non-black) things are (non-crow)
E1: Black crow / Here E1 is irrelevant to H'
E2: Black pencil / Here E2 is irrelevant to H'
E3: White crow / Here E3 Rejects H'
E4: White pencil / Here E4 Supports H'

E1 supports H, but is irrelevant to H'
E4 is irrelevant to H' but supports H.
But H and H' are same hypothesis.

What the fuck
