I have the equivalent of 7 tea spoons of instant coffee over the course of the day. Realistically how bad is this for me. I also vape nicotine as well since i no longer smoke.

i've done meth and also the combination the other commenter posted. it would be more than 1/100 but less than 1/5 the effect. depends on if you smoked vs snorted vs injected the meth.

I'd say it's too much. At that point, you're basically caffeine dependant and should instead focus on getting adequate rest and sleep. Also, physical exercise is great for quality of sleep and your energy during the day. Take a break Anon, you deserve it
