well. there was this guy who was acting like crazy. someone called the cops on him. the situation got worse once he tried to hit a woman. at some point, I felt like the guy is not crazy at all and is just pissed by everyone. i told him that cops are on their way and that he should run away. the guy whispered some chinese shit to my ear and just gone. the very next day i was waiting for my uber to come. there he is - the same guy but now looking kind of normal. so he passes by me and it looks like he is feeling a shame. minutes later he gets back and hands me an iphone with QR image photo. i've asked him to mind his own business be he insisted to make a photo of it. so i made it and it leaded me to this gifyu.com uploaded gif. at first i just laughed. got my uber and kind of forgot of the situation. the same evening i opened the link again and for my big suprise i found out that gif (meme) was uploaded by strange name (itsme.gif) and it weights 16.8mb!!! the origin of this gif similar size weights up to 700kb. I need to find out what is in that gif. there is something!!! i can promise you to upload the hidden data if its not a murder or something... can someone please help me with that?
