I suffer of social anxiety
When I am high on alcool (not so high to lose consciousness) I feel great among people and I don't have obssessive toughts
This is because alcool inhibites the production of Glutammate the excitatory neurotrasmetter...but it also increase dopamine and serotonin (a relief if you are depressed)

This monning I was shit ... feeling really depressed (the reason is because I am not attractive and I have a lot of facial defects that require 30'000 to solve them all)

So at the age 29 years I have never had a women I don't like myself if I look at myself in the mirror

This causes me a very depressive state... that I wouldn't wish to the worst enemy what I went trought in this life of non acceptance of my face

It's not that I am dismorfophobic...I am ugly..I have an ugly face and I can't communicate with women.

Trazodone macs me sleepy... doesn't worc...benzos the same.

The only thing that worcs for me is alcool. This morning I have ijested a small quantity (300ml) and I still feel great
